Refunds Policy

Cancellation of orders prior to despatch:

You can cancel your order by emailing contact@ajwines.com.

A full refund will be given.

Cancellation of orders dispatched:

Orders for goods may be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations must be received in writing to AJWines, Herdmans House, Horse Park Lane, Pilling, Preston PR3 6AS or by email at contact@ajwines.com.

A full refund will be offered provided all the goods remain in good condition and are unopened. A charge of £10 for collection will be payable.

Any cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
