AGE RESTRICTIONS

We will not sell wine/spirits to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence to purchase alcohol for any person under 18 years old even if you are over 18 years old yourself. If our couriers are in doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wines/spirits is unable to produce appropriate ID the courier will be unable to leave the wines/spirits.

PRICES

All prices are in pound sterling the prices include value added tax unless otherwise stated.

Although we endeavour to ensure all the prices on our website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you to see if you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit card payments are handled securely via Royal Bank of Scotland World Pay.

ORDERS

We will normally send your order within 24 - 48 hours..

We cannot guarantee availability of all our products. If a wine is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible with the option to replace with a similar item, cancel your order, or wait until the product is back in stock.

DELIVERY

Free delivery in OverWyre, Poulton, Bispham, Thornton, Cleveleys and Fleetwood

Delivery is charged at £5.99 per order to each seperate address.  Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and Scottish Highlands are subject to a surcharge of £6.50.

We operate a signature service on all deliveries.

You can also collect your wine order from our wine shop, if you could let us know in advance we will ensure your order is ready for collection.

BREAKAGES

We shall replace of refund any items damaged in transit, providing you notify us by post, phone or email within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS

We shall replace or refund any wines that are faulty. If more than one bottle is faulty, we will require the faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
